Product Description:
When it comes to kilometer-scale deep-hole drilling, the real challenge isn't just "whether you can drill that deep," but rather "how stable and safe the process is." This air reverse circulation drilling rig, the YGRC-1200, is purpose-built for this depth range: it features a 57-ton power head lifting capacity and a 2.5-ton winch lifting capacity. The reverse circulation drilling rig is designed for use with large-diameter drill rods (Φ114 / Φ127 / Φ146 mm), it ensures greater stability for the drill string at kilometer depths and provides superior confidence during tripping operations. Powered by a 264kW, six-cylinder Cummins engine, this air RC drilling rig delivers a rotary torque of 12,000–24,000 N·m, effectively preventing the drill string from getting stuck when encountering fractured zones or hard interlayers. With 6-meter drill rods and a 6-meter single-pass feed stroke, the reverse circulation exploration rig accomplishes in one trip what would otherwise require two, while enabling continuous sample recovery to the surface via reverse circulation.

Air Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig

Product Features:
1. Deeper Reach: Maximum drilling depth of 1,200m, allowing a single rig to cover the entire extent of deep-seated ore bodies.
2. Enhanced Stability: Utilizes large-diameter drill rods (Φ114 / Φ127 / Φ146) for superior rigidity in deep holes reaching 1,000 meters.
3. Powerful Hoisting: Equipped with a 57-ton pull-up force at the power head and a 2.5-ton capacity winch for reliable rod handling.
4. High Torque, Anti-Jamming: Delivers 12,000–24,000 N·m of torque, ensuring continuous drilling through fractured zones and hard interlayers without interruption.
5. Consistent Power: Powered by a 264kW, six-cylinder Cummins engine, providing stable, sustained output for long-duration deep-hole operations.
6. High Efficiency: Features 6m-long drill rods and a 6m single-pass feed stroke, significantly reducing the frequency of rod coupling and uncoupling.
7. Reliable Sampling: Employs reverse circulation for continuous sampling, with samples delivered directly to the laboratory and requiring minimal pre-processing.
8. Rapid Site Relocation: Capable of traveling at 6.4 km/h on a heavy-duty steel-tracked hydraulic undercarriage, supported by four hydraulic leveling outriggers.
