Product Description：
This wireline coring rig is powered by an axial piston pump and a bent-axis piston motor, featuring a two-speed mechanical transmission combined with stepless speed regulation. It utilizes a hydraulic cylinder-and-chain feed system—designed for accelerated feed—along with a load-sensing hydraulic system, ensuring high torque, superior efficiency, and smooth operation. The mast can be raised, lowered, and shifted as a complete unit via hydraulic cylinders, enabling drilling at angles ranging from 45° to 90°. Equipped with hydraulic clamps, hydraulic leveling outriggers, and a telescopic mast, this coring rig allows for rapid and convenient positioning. The crawler undercarriage supports wireless remote control, enabling operators to maneuver the machine from a safe distance—a feature that facilitates navigation across complex terrain while mitigating potential risks for wireline coring work.

Product Features：
1. The power head is driven directly by a hydraulic motor, with continuously adjustable rotational speed, torque, feed force, and lifting force—allowing for low-pressure, slow-rotation drilling in soft strata, and high-pressure, fast-rotation drilling in hard rock.
2. Equipped with a wireline coring drill string and a specialized overshot; once the inner tube is full of core samples, the overshot can be lowered via wireline to retrieve the inner tube, leaving the drill string in the borehole.
3. The crawler tracks are driven by hydraulic motors, featuring stepless speed control and independent side-steering, enabling easy maneuvering in confined spaces.
4. Capable of drilling at any angle between 45° and 90°, making a single rig versatile enough to meet various drilling requirements.
5. All operations—including mast erection, drill string clamping, rod make-up/break-out, feeding, rotation, and hoisting—are controlled from a centralized console. Supported by hydraulic clamping and make-up/break-out mechanisms, the entire process can be managed by a single operator, eliminating the need for additional personnel and ensuring rapid site relocation and positioning.
6. The rig is supplied as a complete package for BQ, NQ, or HQ wireline coring, including all necessary accessories such as inner/outer tube assemblies, overshots, core lifters, and reamers—everything required to begin drilling is provided in a single order.
7. Designed for harsh field environments, the system minimizes downhole incidents and ensures excellent long-term asset value retention.
