The YGL-400R solar pile driver is a professional multi-functional construction machine tailor-made for photovoltaic power station foundation projects. 1.Comprehensive functions: Designed specifically for the installation and construction of photovoltaic power plants, the working accessories, hydraulic hammer (for piling and tamping) and rotary head (hydraulic motor, for screw pile installation and drilling) can be easily switched. The YGL-400R solar pile driver is comprehensive in functions and can easily complete various complex construction operations, such as piling, screw pile, impact drilling, auger drilling, etc., which can basically meet all photovoltaic power station construction pile foundation construction scenarios.
2. Mast: Retractable, using oil cylinder plus chain to compensate height, effective stroke up to 4m, can handle 4m high piles, and drill 3.5m deep holes. Higher masts can also be customized according to your needs.
3. Flexibility and reliability of the mast: It can extend 40cm horizontally, swing left and right up to 10° (there will be certain construction risks if the angle is greater than 10°), and the maximum forward tilt angle is 100°. Therefore, the vertical angle of YGL-400R can be simply adjusted according to the ground conditions to adapt to various complex construction needs and improve the construction efficiency of photovoltaic construction.
4. Tracks: The travel motor uses a hydraulic motor from the well-known domestic brand Eddie, which is 2100mm long, 1900mm wide, and 490mm high. These precise designs can easily cope with the most difficult terrain. The maximum climbing angle is ≤30°.
5.Hydraulic oil tank capacity: 85 L. A breathing valve is installed on the top of the hydraulic oil tank to balance the air pressure inside the hydraulic oil tank. At the same time, it has excellent sealing performance to prevent the hydraulic oil from being contaminated and emulsified. The hydraulic oil can be used for a longer time and reduce costs.
6. Integrated operating console & cab: One person can complete all operations of the machine.
