Application Scenarios:
Driven Piling (Impact Piling)
Pile types: Precast concrete piles, steel pipe piles, etc.
Application: Suitable for sites with hard, dense soil or soil containing gravel/rock fragments; piles are driven into the ground using impact force.
Screw Piling (Helical Piling)
Pile types: Screw piles (helical ground anchors).
Application: Suitable for soft to medium-hard soils, such as sand or clay. Piles are installed by screwing them into the ground. This method offers fast installation, generates no excavated soil (spoil), and causes minimal soil disturbance; it is currently one of the most common techniques used for photovoltaic (PV) power plants.
Percussive Drilling / Rotary Drilling
Pile types: Cast-in-place (bored) piles.
Application: Suitable for rock, permafrost, or extremely hard geological formations. A hole is drilled, into which a steel reinforcement cage is inserted before concrete is poured to form a deep foundation.
